1. Sales order (Eg: 1043334 – Item 90) is created when material is having Special Procurement Key 80 (Procured from Blue Label 7410), a STO Purchase Req is generated (14164168).
Again in 1416 material changed to procure externally not from 7410, which made STO Purchase requisition to Normal Purchase Req (14164168), which is converted to PO (4500059088 – Item 470), GR and Invoice is been done.
But it is observed that requisitions are still showing as demand in 7410, which can be corrected using a correction report J_3AMBAC (if PR is deleted).
We have 3 Purchase Req’s showing in MD04 now, which are not deleted.

Temporarily assign a deletion Flag to above PR’s and run Purchase Req Correction report and un-flag the deletion indicator.

2. It is observed that all the materials are initially planned to procure from 7410 when the sales order is created.

For example if we look at material Number 10866072, a sales order (1331151 Item : 110) is created on 01/03/2013.
Hence an STO Purchase Req is generated, and there is a changes in the material master changing Special Procurement from 7410 to Externally Procured on 03/18/2013.
This must be corrected by the purchase Req correction Report (J_3AMBAC).

Resolution

Carry out Purchase requisition correction report by deleting the line item in Purchase Requisition, which corrects the purchase requisition, and remove the deletion flag for that line item in Purchase Requisition.
The proposals generated against invalid Demand (Purchase Req) will be deleted by MRP.
